Stopped in for a double play. Got a great haircut!

The barbers, specifically Pamela, are excellent. I thoroughly enjoy the visit and the interaction with Pam, not to mention the excellent haircut to my exact request. So far as I am concerned, it just doesn't get any better than this!

I was going to this place for years for haircuts, but I finally went to a legit salon for my simple haircuts. It's a world of difference. The biggest thing to know about coming here - prepare to WAIT FOREVER. At least a 40 min wait if you get there at any time outside of 2pm on a weekday. I gave an extra star for the people that work there - they are always polite and understanding, but some of the stylists give pretty bad haircuts. I blame some of it on my inability to explain in hair terms what I want done. I went to a SC in wilmington that, after your first visit, added notes in their system about your haircut, length, etc. So when you came back any other time, they already knew exactly what you wanted. This was awesome as I was able to get the right details in the notes after a couple visits, and anybody who cut my hair did pretty much the same thing each time. I found out that this wasn't a standard practice, as this place does not do that. So every time you get a new stylist (which you'll do if you don't want to wait for over an hour), you have to explain everything again, they won't cut it exactly how you like it, you'll hide yourself for a week or two until it fills back out, and you'll be back to do it all again a couple weeks after that.
